NEIGHBORHOOD DISTURBANCE : Noisy neighbors are a common problem in a society where many people live closely together. S. Evangelista family in Santo Nino Tampilisan plays loud music at all hours of the day and night what they want with their Video5,Radios and TV. I had tried asking him to turn it down and he wasn't nice to me. Instead, he turned it up much louder. He's evil. When they turned it on it was so loud that it rattled the window of my bedroom. For me this Family's.Evangelista in Santo Nino Tampilisan is a special. 6 morning until 10 o'clock evening,alwaysVideo5 or Very Loud Radio or TV. I think they have no respect with the tourist,Children,Sick people,And people who wanted relax. I think this kind of person, not good for tourism people who come to Philippines and pay a lots of money to stay Philippines. Is like a terorist..not Muslim or abuyab..Or Kidnap..Is the Music Terror where the tourist disturb, This kind of person,is no good image for Mindanao and Philippines for our tourism.
